Abstract

This research aims to identify the effect of using shockwave therapy and therapeutic exercises in rehabilitating patients with ankle sprains by improving range of motion, pain levels, and muscle strength. The Two researcher used an experimental design with a single experimental group, as it is suitable for the nature of the research. The research sample, consisting of eight males aged 35-40 years, was selected purposively. The results of the study showed that the proposed rehabilitation program using shockwave therapy achieved a high level of pain reduction, muscle strength restoration, and improvement in range of motion and functional efficiency of the ankle joint.
