This study examined the effectiveness of a structured therapeutic recreational program based on progressive rehabilitative motor exercises in enhancing knee joint functional performance among the elderly. Two primary outcomes were assessed: articular range of motion and perceived pain intensity. A purposive sample of elderly individuals with documented joint mobility limitations underwent a multi-phase intervention program. A quasi-experimental pre-post design was employed. Statistical analysis revealed significant differences in favor of post-intervention measurements for both variables, confirming the program's efficacy in promoting motor capacity and reducing pain severity.
