Knee joint rehabilitation for bone coarseness of knee joints which has resulted from Legs indirection
Abstract
The research purpose is to design moving rehabilitation exercises in and outside water, which include strengthening stationary and movement exercises; exercises with different resistance grades or degrees; assisted and aide free exercise, balances and elasticity/flexibility exercises. Also to find out the impact of the suggested programme on the stability function for the early bone knee coarseness sufferers which has resulted from legs indirection?
That was carried out by measuring ( The pain severity, knee movement rang contracted and extended, thigh and leg muscle size, muscle strength for contracted, extended, far and near muscles working on the knee joint - degree of balance.
The research exercise was carried out on a sample of 8 suffering from bone Coarseness of knee joints which resulted in (legs indirection) and subsequently resulted in weak muscles and joints in the external side of the leg and shortness of the muscles from the internal side of the leg, this in turn increased the pressure on the joint binds and knee cartilages.
The programme was individually tested on the sample for 3 months (4 units a week), the test results was collected before the start of the programme, during and after the programme.
The final results showed the positive impact of the programme, with considerable improvement to muscles strength, movement range, balance, degree of pain, and the muscle size.
