Journal publication guidelines

Scientific articles submitted for publication must meet the following requirements:

The research must be original and innovative, employing the principles, methodologies, procedures, and controls of scientific research.
The scientific approach must be observed in writing the research submitted for publication, including the correct scholarly use of sources and references, consistent organization of information within the article, and any supplements such as maps or tables should be presented in their original form.
The article must not have been previously published or submitted to another party. The corresponding author bears responsibility for any name mentioned within the research or any objection regarding names, and must provide a written declaration to that effect upon submission.
Research submitted to the journal for publication may not be sent to any other party for publication unless it is rejected by the journal, and the corresponding author has been notified in writing by the Editor-in-Chief.
The corresponding author will be notified of the evaluation result of their research within (1–2 months) after the peer-review process is completed. Research deemed suitable for publication is subject to the journal’s policy regarding the order of arrangement and publication timeline.
Adherence to scientific and professional standards and criteria in scientific research, while complying with the writing requirements set by the journal’s Editorial Board.
The first page must include, in both Arabic and English, the research title and all author-related information such as name, affiliation, and the corresponding author’s email address.
Studies are accepted in both Arabic and English, with an abstract provided in both languages. Each abstract should contain (150–250) words, followed by (5–7) keywords. The total number of pages of the submitted research, including figures, images, tables, and the reference list, must not exceed 30 pages.
Use Microsoft Word, with Simplified Arabic font for the Arabic language and Times New Roman for the English language.
After writing the article using the journal’s prepared template (Word Template), it must be sent to the journal’s email address.
All copyrights related to the article are transferred to the journal upon publication, in accordance with the copyright statement signed by the corresponding author at the time of submission.
The corresponding author is obliged to provide proof of obtaining the necessary licenses and legal procedures for the materials, tools, software, and documents used in their article, if requested by the Editorial Board.
All published opinions and ideas express the views of their authors.
Research must be submitted electronically on a CD or via email.
Writing, punctuation, and language review rules must be respected.
Research must be printed on one side of A4 paper and pages numbered consecutively.
A page margin of (2.5 cm) from top and bottom, and (2.5 cm) from left and right must be left.
The Editorial Board has the right to make formal modifications to the material submitted for publication.
